I have held top leadership roles at multinational schools (British & Canadian curricula), and I was responsible for annual budgets and projects above USD 100,000, supervising 125 employees.
My career of over 17 years in the education space has spanned classroom teaching, counselling practices, curriculum development and implementation, school management, Joint practice/Professional development (JPD), educational consulting, educational migration, and educational policymaking across Africa, Canada, and Europe.
My latest global project is participating in the European Erasmus+ project âFLeD: learning design for flexible education.â As a member, I participated in pedagogical reflections and advances related to designing learning patterns for an effective flipped classroom in Spain and Europe.

- Involved in the European Erasmus+ project âFLeD: learning design for flexible educationâ in Europe, participating in pedagogical reflections and advances related to learning patterns for an effective flipped classroom in Spain, Norway, Portugal, Italy and Bulgaria.
- Designed and implemented the Commonwealth Launching and Educational Inclusion in Nigeria. Partners were the World Bank, Commonwealth Bilateral National Office, Federal Ministry of Education, Nigeria, British Council, Life Skills Center, and Education Resource Center.
- Spearheaded the accreditation and approval of the Ontario Senior School Diploma (OSSD) Curriculum in Abuja, Nigeria, in partnership with the Trade Commissioner, Canada High Commission, Abuja.
- Facilitated and managed the Cambridge Curriculum National Awareness across 8 states in Nigeria as Director of Operations.
- Designed and implemented the Life Skills Regional Curriculum to bridge the Soft Skills and Core Skills Gap in northern Nigeria.
